An extremely powerful and flexible information repository migration tool and allows the migration of content files and or metadata, either selectively or completely, to newer versions of EDMS systems, other types of EDMS systems, other applications or file systems. It can be used for repository mergers, upgrades, archival, backup, replication for development environments, snapshots or disaster recovery environments.

Many Fortune 2000 organizations have remote facilities with high latency network connections that are not capable of using conventional client software to access information. The Remote Control solution allows remote facilities to have version control, current content updates, folder structure and taxonomy management, access control and search indexing for unstructured information such as documents and drawings. This can be done automatically, controlled by a central repository, without any impact to remote facility users.
